Job Summary
Aria Holding is seeking a dynamic Project Manager Enterprise Applications to lead and deliver medium-complexity IT and business transformation initiatives across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, and Microsoft 365.
The role requires strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk control, and delivery management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Maintain baseline schedules and manage scope/timeline changes
- Track project progress, deliverables, and performance
2. Stakeholder Communication & Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors
- Conduct project meetings, steering committees, and status updates
- Maintain communication plans, meeting minutes, and action trackers
3. Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks proactively
- Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, cost, and timeline
4. Budget & Resource Management
- Track project budgets, burn rates, and forecasts
- Support resource planning and utilization tracking
- Monitor vendor invoices and milestone-based payments
5. Testing, Go-Live & Handover
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training activities
- Ensure go-live readiness and smooth transition to operations
- Oversee post go-live stabilization and support
6. Quality, Documentation & Governance
- Ensure adherence to project documentation standards
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 35 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects
Certifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 (Mandatory)
- ITIL Foundation (Preferred)
