About the Role

Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects by effectively coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This position is pivotal in driving project outcomes that align with organizational objectives and contribute to the development of efficient tolling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution:

Planning, execution, and finalization of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Development of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitoring project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with key milestones.

• Team and Stakeholder Management:

Leading project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.

Managing stakeholder communication, including public sector entities and suppliers.

Preparation and presentation regular status reports to stakeholders.

• Risk and Compliance Management:

Overseeing risk management, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of project risks.

Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and standards relevant to toll systems.

• Technical Collaboration:

Cooperation with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.

Skills/Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on public sector or large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with tolling systems or IT project implementation is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Croatian language mother tongue.
• Fluency in English language
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is an advantage.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
