Ion Exchange is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead the successful execution of EPC and turnkey water treatment projects across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle—from project kick-off through commissioning, performance testing, and final handover.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, HSE compliance, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, resource allocation, and key milestones.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, logistics, and vendor performance.
- Review multidisciplinary engineering deliverables and identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Saudi regulations, and company quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, invoicing, cash flow, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide comprehensive progress updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of project management experience within the water and wastewater treatment industry.
- Experience in coordinating with engineering teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of international engineering standards and Saudi project requirements.
