Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused, and detail-oriented ERP Project Manager with strong implementation experience to lead end-to-end ERP deployments. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage client relationships, commercial performance, and project risks.

As a key liaison between the organization and clients, he/she will ensure timely and successful ERP implementation (with all sign offs and agreements on the delivery), maintain commercial health of projects, identify growth opportunities, and build a solid base for long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation & Project Delivery

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through planning, execution, go-live, and handover to support.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, Infra, functional, support) to meet project objectives.

• Maintain up-to-date project plans, reports, and dashboards.

2. Communication & Meeting Governance

• Ensure right, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Draft clear, professional emails, documentation, and client communications.

• Schedule and ensure meetings occur with required internal and client stakeholders.

• Proactively communicate the importance of attendance and ensure no critical meeting lapses.

• Prepare for meetings at least one day in advance with:

o Updated project reports

o Draft presentation (PPT)

o Status and risk summaries

• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) as per company template.

• Circulate draft MOM for review, ensuring internal review time does not exceed 10–a5 minutes.

• Issue final MOM with updated PPT and project reports on the same or next working day.

3. Action Tracking & Follow-Up

• Track and follow up on all internal and external action items.

• Ensure pending points are regularly monitored and resolved.

• Maintain a structured action tracker and ensure accountability from all stakeholders.

4. Commercial & Financial Oversight

• Ensure the commercial health of the project.

• Monitor billing milestones, billing, payments, and cost control.

• Identify potential commercial risks and escalate proactively.

• Coordinate with internal finance and client teams to prevent payment delays or contractual issues.

5. Risk Management

• Identify project risks (timeline, scope, commercial, resource-related, or client dependency).

• Develop mitigation plans and coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Escalate critical risks in a timely and structured manner.

6. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

• Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.

• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support phase.

7. Sales, Upselling & Account Growth

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during implementation and post go-live.

• Coordinate with functional and sales team for solution presentations, proposal development, and commercial discussions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation as a Project Manager or Account Manager.

• Proven track record in managing full-cycle ERP implementations through go-live and transition to support.

• Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing commercial aspects of projects including billing, scope control, and financial performance.

• Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities.

• Broad understanding of ERP systems and business processes, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong documentation and presentation abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and structured follow-up.

• Postgraduate qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Accounts & Finance, or a related field.
