Project Manager

Yango Group is looking for a driven Emirati Project Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives across the GCC. You will be at the forefront, taking ownership of key projects, engaging directly with regulators, and shaping the operational future of our expanding Yango ecosystem.

You will work closely with the Regional Head and cross-functional teams, helping the organization maintain speed, alignment, and transparency across all workstreams while supporting the region's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Project Management

Manage and drive execution of ongoing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and operational accuracy.

Lead the day-to-day coordination of cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, legal, operations, analytics, and marketing.

Maintain structured project plans, risk assessments, progress tracking, and reporting.

Coordination with Regulators and Authorities

Act as an operational point of contact for transport authorities across the region.

Ensure timely communication, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support preparation of documents, responses, and structured follow-ups with government stakeholders.

Management of Strategic Initiatives

Operational execution and coordination of key regional projects, including:

Launch of city taxi services.

Integration of the Yango taxi vertical into super apps.

Strategic partnership projects.

Cashback and loyalty programs.

Cross-regional partnership strategy development across the region.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing projects in fast-paced industries like mobility, fintech, telecom, or marketplaces.

A proven ability to juggle multiple projects and work well with different teams to get results.

Strong analytical skills to make decisions based on data and reports.

The ability to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable steps.

Excellent written and spoken English.

A self-driven and adaptable mindset for a dynamic workplace.

Experience working with regulators and building corporate partnerships
