Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for driving the successful end-to-end delivery of ICT and digital transformation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. This role serves as a strategic bridge between customers, internal teams, and partners, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and flawless execution. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, define and manage project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. A key focus of the role is to ensure strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional customer experience, enabling the organization to deliver high-impact solutions that meet both business objectives and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ICT projects in line with established project management best practices, ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion, maintaining focus on scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Facilitate input from project teams and stakeholders to prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and promote adoption of agile principles and continuous improvement
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately based on project needs and organizational context
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying performance variances and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Set and manage clear project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Report regularly on project performance, progress, and key metrics to management and stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets by forecasting requirements, monitoring expenditures, and achieving financial objectives
  • Ensure roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities are clearly communicated across all stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor performance standards and ensure alignment with organizational performance frameworks
  • Identify performance issues promptly and coordinate effective resolution to maintain productivity and morale
  • Serve as the main customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and proactive communication
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders at various levels (operational and executive)
  • Lead regular customer engagement meetings, status updates, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Understand customer objectives and ensure project outcomes are aligned with their business priorities
  • Manage customer expectations, handle escalations professionally, and drive issue resolution collaboratively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • PMP Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within ICT-related projects
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex ICT projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
