Project Manager

Job Purpose

As a Project Manager, you'll be hands-on and deeply involved in project delivery from strategy through execution. You will engage directly in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation—ensuring deliverables meet standards and business goals. In our lean team, we value leaders who aren't afraid to get involved in the operational and tactical details to drive project success.

This is a highly cross-cultural role that requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to manage stakeholders across diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and business analysis documents (BRDs, specifications, project plans).
• Perform hands-on operational tasks: prepare reports and dashboards, track project outcomes, and ensure robust project documentation.
• Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Drive and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), support defect resolution, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project management best practices, and established methodologies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Lead and inspire collaboration in project teams, and contribute directly in day-to-day operations as required.

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred.
• 6+ years (flexibility for strong Business Analyst/project delivery profiles).
• Prior hands-on project experience in the digital assets space is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Solid experience in project management, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis—including documentation, requirements gathering, and user testing.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and take full ownership of projects.
• Experience with report/dashboard creation and hands-on operational delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach combined with initiative and creativity.
