Job Title: Project PlannerJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Planner to support the end-to-end planning and execution of Busbar system projects. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams, and ensuring timely delivery of busbar projects in line with customer requirements and project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools and techniques.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project management teams to gather inputs for planning.
- Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
- Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Monitor resource allocation and support capacity planning.
- Maintain baseline schedules and manage changes through proper change control processes.
- Ensure alignment of project timelines with organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule-related insights.
- Support continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or construction project environments (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ORACLE or similar).
- Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
