We're Hiring | Project Planning & Control Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Planning & Control Manager to join our Development Control team and play a key role in delivering large-scale development projects.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong Owner-side or PMC experience in project planning, controls, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting across complex, multi-project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project planning and controls function across major development projects.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated master schedules and program plans.
- Consolidate project schedules and budgets into portfolio-level reporting.
- Monitor project performance, identify schedule and cost deviations, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Coordinate planning activities with PMCs, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform critical path analysis, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
- Oversee document control processes and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of experience in Project Planning & Controls.
- Proven experience on the Owner side or with a PMC on large-scale development, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Project scheduling and controls
- Cost control and budgeting
- Risk and change management
- Executive reporting and portfolio planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
