Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track a portfolio of investment projects from evaluation through execution and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with investment, finance, legal, and asset management teams to ensure alignment with investment strategy and approval frameworks.
  • Monitor investment timelines, capital deployment, and portfolio performance against approved business plans.
  • Support investment decision-making through analysis, feasibility reviews, and execution tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to investment governance, approval processes, and internal controls.
  • Identify investment risks and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare portfolio dashboards, investment status reports, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
  • Support acquisition, restructuring, and divestment initiatives from an execution and coordination perspective.
  • Liaise with external advisors, fund managers, and partners as required.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met across all investment activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience 5-7 years in investment management, portfolio management, or investment operations.
  • Strong understanding of investment processes, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting.
  • Experience working within investment committees and governance structures.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CFA Level I/II, or equivalent are an advantage.
