About the role

Venture Building — Hetmos Group

We're looking for entrepreneurs with their own projects and senior executive profiles to build, finance, and lead innovative companies alongside our group.

The principle is simple: you bring the project, the industry knowledge, and the execution capability. We bring the seed capital, the commercial force, the ability to raise financing, and the infrastructure of a group already present in over 14 countries.

Available positions

CEO, CTO, CFO, and CSO — whether you already have a project identified or would like to take the lead on a project initiated by the Group.

Sectors we're active in

Fintech, M&A technology, legaltech and regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and AI applied to professional services, B2B marketplaces, and cloud infrastructure. This list is not exhaustive — we're open to any innovative project, with particular preference for those complementary to our existing activities and that can leverage our current clients as first users, including our regional presence and network across the GCC.

What the Group brings

• Seed capital through own funds, co-investment, or up to 100% financing
• A commercial force deployed across Europe with a network of 75+ representatives, and growing regional reach in the Middle East
• The ability to run financing rounds and direct access to our base of institutional and private investors
• A technical team and a supporting commercial team
• Legal, administrative, and financial structuring

• The ability to personally sell to first clients
• A full-time commitment to the project

Nature of the position

This is a founding partner position, not a salaried job. Compensation is based on equity in the company created.

Profile

Entrepreneur, former executive, senior professional, or investor willing to be actively involved in execution. Prior experience building or leading companies will be a significant advantage.
