Project Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Main Contractor | Dubai

A Tier One main contractor based in Dubai is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The role suits an experienced QS with a solid build background, capable of managing the full commercial cycle across high-value projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of luxury build projects from procurement through to final account.

• Post-contract QS across build projects
• Subcontractor procurement, letting, and management
• Interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Cost reporting and CVR preparation
• Line management and mentoring of junior QS staff

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years experience in fit-out
• UAE experience preferred
• Strong subcontract and final account experience
• Excellent written English
