Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential projects, competitors, and key stakeholders within the construction industry.
Utilize internet resources and direct visits to gather information about new construction projects, developers, and departments of military engineering authority.
Identify and establish contact with project owners, electromechanical engineers, and plumbing departments to present EGIC products and services.
Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team on product specifications, measurements, and installation procedures.
Ensure EGIC products are included in the vendor lists of projects by submitting required documents, compliance sheets, catalogs, and samples.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with construction companies for the large-scale use of EGIC products, ensuring alignment with pricing and policies.
Liaise with the National Sales team to support them with sales leads and opportunities generated from project sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners to position EGIC as a preferred supplier.
Follow up with customers on quotations, sales, and other inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
Invite key clients to visit EGIC plants to showcase products and services, fostering customer loyalty and support.
Manage the daily work plan for project sales coordinators, ensuring efficient coordination and allocation of tasks.
Provide guidance and support to project sales coordinators to ensure alignment with sales objectives and strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or any relevant degree.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong technical background with knowledge of construction materials and specifications.
Very Good command of English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
