Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in New Cairo.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable lighting solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, developing sales strategies, preparing technical presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

The role requires close collaboration with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Having his Own Car
• 3+ years of Experience in the lighting industry is a must
• Fluency in English is a must
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven experience in Sales and developing sales strategies
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
