We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Executive with a strong background in Sanitaryware, Building Materials, or Interior Products and proven B2B project sales experience within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project and specification sales across key market segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and channel partners.
• Identify new projects and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from specification and enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order conversion.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical/product support to customers.
• Follow up on active projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely quotations, product availability, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and project trackers.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE Project Sales experience within Sanitaryware / Building Materials / related interior products.
• Strong B2B sales and project sales background.
• Existing relationships/network with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, or interior designers in the UAE.
• Experience managing project/specification sales and longer sales cycles.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence mandatory.
• Own car mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
