Job Summary:
As a Project Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Tawredaat's growth strategy by identifying, acquiring, and managing new partnerships with electrical merchants and technicians. You will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in new geographic and market segments, building strong relationships to drive product adoption, and leading a high-performing sales team dedicated to this expansion effort.
Key responsibilities:
1. Partner & Channel Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard electrical merchants and technicians who can resell Tawredaat's products or source their material needs from us.
- Establish sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships to drive long-term engagement.
- Understand market trends, competition, and the needs of target partners to tailor effective acquisition strategies.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement the expansion sales plan, targeting untapped markets and underdeveloped regions or customer segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partner-specific campaigns and selling materials.
- Define go-to-market tactics and pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated expansion sales team.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
4. Relationship & Account Management:
- Ensure partner satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and ongoing support.
- Solve partner issues and remove roadblocks that may affect performance or engagement.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline, partner conversion, and overall sector performance.
- Provide market insights and suggest data-driven improvements to sales and acquisition strategies.
- Track KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project sales, channel acquisition, or business development, ideally within the electrical or industrial supplies industry.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for field visits and partner meetings when needed.
