Project Sales Specialist

About the Company:

Decorama Blinds is a leading Egyptian company, established in 2005, specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-quality, custom window blinds for residential and commercial spaces.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Project Sales Specialist at Decorama Blinds, located in Nasr City. You will be responsible for driving project-based sales, managing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients, and delivering tailored product solutions that meet project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/services to corporate and project-based clients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with project specifications.
• Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Review BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and project specifications with clients.
• Follow up on project stages to ensure alignment with product requirements.
• Close deals and manage a project sales pipeline to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in project-based sales or dealing with contractors/consultants.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

What We Offer:

• Fixed working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 6 working days (Saturday to Thursday).
• Transportation provided for external project meetings.
• Annual contract.
• Social insurance from the start of employment.
• Fixed salary up to 15,000 EGP.
