We Are Hiring: Project Services Manager

is looking for an experienced Project Services Manager to lead project services activities across planning, cost control, estimating, document control, risk management and logistics for complex onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project planning, cost control, estimating, document control and logistics activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and conduct schedule-risk analysis.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost risks, Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
• Maintain project risks, opportunities, issues and non-conformance registers.
• Prepare project performance reports and dashboards covering cost, schedule, risk and delivery.
• Assess the cost, schedule, resource and risk impact of project changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, PMO, vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project services teams.
• Improve project-controls processes, reporting standards and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project services, project controls or project management.
• At least 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, change control and risk analysis.
• Experience supporting complex Oil & Gas, energy, EPC, offshore, pipeline or capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel or similar project-controls systems.
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis and Earned Value Management is preferred.
• PMP, CCP, PSP or an equivalent professional certification would be an advantage.
