Position Summary
The Project Solutions & Operations Specialist supports the planning, implementation, and ongoing operation of technology and infrastructure projects across the organization. This role ensures that systems, networks, and integrated solutions are deployed effectively, maintained efficiently, and aligned with business requirements and operational standards.
The Specialist works closely with the Senior Manager to support project execution, system optimization, vendor coordination, and operational continuity.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing technology and infrastructure projects.
- Support solution deployment, testing, configuration, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors during project phases.
- Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Monitor systems performance and ensure operational stability.
- Support troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Maintain asset inventory and system documentation.
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT operations, systems implementation, networking, or project coordination.
- Experience supporting technology or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, switching and routing, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong familiarity with Apple iOS environments and device management.
- Familiarity with audio-visual (AV) systems and related technologies.
- Familiarity with home automation systems and smart technologies.
- Understanding of system integration concepts across networking, AV, automation, and security platforms.
- Experience using project tracking and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
