This role is accountable for analyzing operational and performance data to identify risks and recommend actionable improvements. Once improvements are approved, the position leads the planning, coordination, and monitoring of implementation projects that enhance passenger experience and the efficiency of airport operations.
The role ensures all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and safety standards. By driving process optimization and applying best practices, the position aims to elevate operational performance and deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
Accountability
Analyze operational and performance data to recommend process improvements and operational enhancements.
Develop detailed business cases, project plans and schedules to align deliverables with operational goals and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate project activities across airport operations teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of initiatives.
Monitor project progress and resource utilization to identify risks and maintain adherence to timelines and budgets.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and resolve operational challenges.
Implement project management standards and best practices to improve consistency and compliance across airport operations projects.
Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, and technologies.
Manage stakeholders deliverables to maintain quality standards and contractual obligations where applicable.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational integrity and passenger experience.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Strong ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to anticipate issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and airport operations systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum 35 years in project coordination or management within airport operations or aviation industry.
Knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory standards is an advantage.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Ability to apply AutoCAD tools to support project planning and design activities.
