Keyresponsibilities:
- Supervisemultipleconstructionprojectsandbusinessextensioninitiatives.
- Perform,co-ordinateandevaluateSiteInvestigationreportsincludinglayout,theavailabilityofservices,geotechnicalandcontaminationassessments.
- Managethedevelopmentofprojectdocumentation,ensuringcompliancewithalldepartmentalproceduresandprocesses.
- ProjectManageconstructionprocessincorporatingregularcommunicationmeetingswithallparties(i.e.Operations,Contractors,Suppliers)toensuretheawarenessofissuesandprogressismaintained.
- CoordinatetheHandoverProcessandCompletefinalcostanalysis.
- Participateinannualreviewsforselectedconsultants/contractors.
- Managethetenderprocess,evaluationandappointmentofcontractors/nominatedsubcontractorsandsuppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinengineering,Architecture.
- From4to6yearsofexperienceinretaildevelopment,constructionmanagement,orprojectexecution.
- Strongleadership,communication,andproblem-solvingskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandstakeholderssimultaneously.
- Experiencewithbudgeting,contractnegotiation,andconstructiondocumentation.
