Project Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

Conduct land, route, and topographic surveys for infrastructure and utility projects.

Perform setting out and level checks for underground utilities such as water pipelines, electrical cable routes, substations, and related civil works.

Use surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, Leica, and Trimble to collect accurate survey data.

Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation for project records.

Verify site measurements and ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and Kahramaa project specifications.

Carry out as-built surveys and maintain updated records for project handover.

Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.

Ensure compliance with project safety procedures, quality standards, and Kahramaa regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

38 years of experience as a Site / Land Surveyor in infrastructure or utility projects.

Experience working on Kahramaa, Ashghal, or similar GCC infrastructure projects is preferred.

Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD, and surveying software.

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, utility layouts, and underground services.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
