Job Summary:

Rawasem Architecture Workshop is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Architect to join our award-winning team. This position is ideal for professionals with solid experience in architectural and technical development, looking to advance their leadership and coordination skills. You will play a key role in developing technical packages across high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design quality and regulatory compliance throughout all phases. Key Responsibilities:

●      Develop detailed architectural documentation including drawings, BIM/CAD models, and technical reports.

●      Coordinate with internal teams from schematic design to construction documentation.

●      Contribute to technical reviews, design development, and material coordination.

●      Support Senior Architects in tracking design progress and resolving on-site queries.

●      Participate in design meetings and ensure deliverables align with project standards.

Requirements:

●      Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

●      4–7 years of experience .

●      Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).

●      Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

●      Familiarity with codes, standards, and material specifications for Architecture.

●      Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
