KBR is looking for a Project Timekeeper to manage and maintain accurate records of employee work hours. This role is essential to ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law. This role will report to the Contractor Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Track and record daily work hours for all site employees
• Verify timesheets, labor distributions, and wage computations
• Process payroll adjustments and ensure accurate posting and balancing
• Generate and maintain payroll reports, including project-specific summaries
• Ensure payroll closure is completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labor regulations, including leave entitlements and overtime
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma in accounting, payroll, or HR and 3 + years of timekeeping experience in Oil and Gas
• Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law, including leave policies and benefits
• Proficiency required with Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry required
• Strong knowledge of payroll related activities
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
