Role Description

We are seeking to hire a Projects Control Section Head to lead our Project Controls function

Responsibilities:

-Lead project controls: cost control, planning, scheduling, and reporting.

-Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost monitoring.

-Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and critical paths.

-Identify risks, manage change orders, and assess impacts on cost and schedule.

-Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for all projects item.

-Lead and mentor project control staff; coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.

- Supervise on method of statements.

- Making Engineering Value.

Qualifications:

-1015 years experience in project controls; 35 years in a leadership role.

-Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk analysis.

-Proficient in Primavera P6.

-Experience in engineering, construction, or energy projects; contract management.

-Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
