We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Projects Coordinator to support our Project Manager in the design and fit out of our restaurant locations. This role is central to ensuring that each new site is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with our brand and operational standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates clearly, and excels at coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and executing restaurant design and fit out projects
- Coordinate daily with landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
- Support the review of design drawings, specifications, and site conditions
- Track project timelines, budgets, materials, and documentation
- Conduct site visits and report on progress, issues, and required actions
- Facilitate approvals, permits, and compliance requirements in coordination with landlords and authorities
- Maintain organized project files, meeting notes, and communication records
- Help ensure that project deliverables meet brand, quality, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management (preferred)
- 23 years experience in project coordination, fit-out, construction, F&B, retail, or hospitality projects
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, and landlords
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project-tracking tools is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects and conduct regular site visits
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
