Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Manager, Project Management. The role involves overseeing key projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget, while meeting organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, monitoring progress, and providing clear communication to stakeholders. Additional tasks may include preparing budgets, analyzing project data, and optimizing program and team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Project Management and Program Management to oversee and deliver successful projects.
• Must be a SAUDI nationality.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project data, identifying trends, and implementing solutions for improvement.
• Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively reporting to stakeholders.
• Experience in Budgeting to manage financial resources and ensure cost-efficient project execution.
• Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus.
• A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required; PMP certification is advantageous.
• Experience in managing projects within the talent management or workforce solutions industry is an asset.
