Job Description
Quarcom Engineering is seeking an experienced Projects Manager to lead and oversee multiple HVAC projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing and clean room facilities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and experience working in regulated construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple HVAC projects from initiation to handover
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
Lead project managers, engineers, and site teams
Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, clean room standards, and pharmaceutical regulations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, QA/QC, validation, and commissioning teams
Review and approve HVAC designs, drawings, submittals, and method statements
Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and progress
Ensure adherence to HSE and quality management systems
Support testing, commissioning, qualification, and final handover
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction field
Strong experience in HVAC systems within MEP contracting
Proven experience in clean room and pharmaceutical facilities construction is highly preferred
Good knowledge of GMP, ISO clean room classifications, and HVAC validation requirements
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
