Job Description

Position Summary

The Projects Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple residential villa construction projects, ensuring full compliance with NHC standards, timelines, and quality requirements. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience managing large‑scale housing developments under the National Housing Company framework.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple villa projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project mobilization and execution.
  • Review project designs, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with NHC requirements.

2. Execution & Site Management

  • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
  • Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with NHC quality standards and municipal regulations.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with NHC representatives, consultants, and internal management.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of technical or operational issues.

4. Financial & Contractual Oversight

  • Monitor project budgets, cost control measures, and material consumption.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices, variations, and claims.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures across all project sites.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Coordinate handover procedures, snag lists, and final acceptance with NHC and relevant authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing residential villa construction projects.
  • Mandatory experience with NHC projects, including knowledge of their standards, processes, and reporting systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multi‑project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and construction documentation.
