Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the results for the region.
  • Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering the Project Channel Sales Mission assigned for the region in line with corporate objectives and KPIs Identify key channels and targets in the region (based on the allocation done by the Leader Projects UAE ) for project business by:
  • 1. Sub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Developers, Contractors & Designers
  • 2. Sub Channel A: Hotels with the Primary Target being Hotel Operators & Developers
  • 3. Sub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Owners, Healthcare Institutions.
  • Work with all relevant departments to define and deliver the tools required both by direct and indirect customers to enhance and differentiate service and support to project sales to deliver increased sales result
  • Product update for project customers
  • Regularly visit contractors, developers, dealers, consultants and promote Grohe via building a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makers
  • Support distribution channels and work closely with the Channel Partners in Projects.
  • Forecast accurate projects sales monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
  • Measure & analyze critical success factors for best practice and implement improvement processes Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management.
  • Gather competitor market intelligence and report to management.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines in the most efficient manner.
  • Identify marketing / specification events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities and explore / report on events that enhance brand strength within this sector.
  • Ensure full adherence and usage of Salesforce to create and manage an elaborate database of leads, opportunities and client prospects with all the related information.
  • Ensure adequate coordination with the other business channels& Leader Projects UAE (OTC, Showroom, etc) for achieving the common goals and KPIs of the region.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA (is a plus)
  • Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic, other languages considered as a plus.
  • Around 5-7 years experience minimum in a comparable position with in-depth knowledge of the market-Dubai.

Experience:

  • Seasoned professional with minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, in a comparable position in sanitary industry, in-depth knowledge of service and operations in the market.
  • Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline oriented environment whilst maintaining LIXIL's quality and reputation for excellence.
  • Experienced in managing external relationships other stakeholders.
