Projects Operations Lead (Odoo ERP)

ITSYS Corporation.® is a leading software offshore outsourcing company, providing reliable software development services and application support to enterprises worldwide. We're seeking Projects Delivery Manager (Odoo ERP) to join our team.

Responsibilities

·        Manage a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

·        Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align ERP solutions accordingly.

·        Monitor and evaluate ERP service delivery, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.

·        Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of ERP systems.

·        Rack and analyze Odoo ERP system performance, generate reports, and make recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.

·         Develop open and professional relationships with team members to facilitate effective issue resolution.

·        Manage organizational resources to meet administrative and operational needs whilst adhering to budgetary guidelines and meet quality and scheduled demands.

·        Investigate issues impacting organizational operations and service delivery to understand root causes, prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

·        BSc. in computer sciences or equivalent.

·        Excellent communication & leadership skills.

·        PMP certificate is required.

·        Previous experience in ERP projects management is a must.
