Job Summary
The Projects Sales Manager works with the Head of Business Development to plan and execute project sales within the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within the territory; update customer data and align sales strategies along with the Head of Business Development.
- Identify project opportunities, conduct meetings and product demos, coordinate technical inputs, prepare and negotiate quotations, and secure orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and promoters to drive product specification.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinators, Production, Dispatch, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery, smooth transactions, and required documentation.
- Monitor collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and support resolution of customer complaints.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and volume projections.
- Track and maintain updated pricing information.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge through training, networking, and professional engagement.
