We're hiring a Projects Sales Manager Lighting to drive lighting project sales across consultants, contractors, developers, and MEP stakeholders. This role is for someone who knows how to win projects end-to-end: spec-in, tendering, BOQs, technical submittals, negotiation, closing, and collectionswith strong CRM discipline and premium-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a lighting projects pipeline: leads design/tender support closing delivery follow-up collection.
- Build relationships with consultants, MEP firms, contractors, developers, and procurement teams.
- Drive specification and approval (submittals, samples, compliance, technical clarifications).
- Manage BOQs, proposals, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiation to protect gross profit.
- Lead project forecasting and pipeline hygiene on CRM/ERP (structured reporting, weekly pipeline reviews).
- Coordinate with technical/pre-sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Track market activity, competitor movements, and identify new key accounts and vertical opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B project sales, with 3+ years in Lighting projects (preferred).
- Strong understanding of lighting products/solutions (indoor, outdoor, industrial, faade, street; controls is a plus).
- Experience with tenders, BOQs, submittals, compliance, consultant approvals.
- Strong commercial skills: pricing, negotiation, margin management, contract basics.
- CRM/ERP discipline (Odoo is a plus), strong Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English; strong presence with senior stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client/site visits.
