Product Management

• Promotes and recommend listed products based on customer preferences and needs.
• Monitors product freshness and rotate stock using the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) method.
• Conduct product tastings and sampling activities in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitors stock levels and report low inventory or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Provides product information, including taste profiles, serving suggestions, storage recommendations, and pairing ideas.

Customer Relationships

• Builds and maintains a strong relationship and partnership with section managers, especially with decision makers to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of sales target.

Market Intelligence

• Identifies and reports key competitive activity and price changes in order to help develop necessary business plans.

Requirements:

• 1-3years experience in similar role
• Good Knowledge in European cheeses
• Cheese cutting experience
