Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Prompt Engineer to join our team in our Dubai office. The Prompt Engineer will work onsite to design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI systems to ensure accurate, context-aware, and high-quality responses. Responsibilities include analyzing system behavior, continuous model improvement, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating closely with data scientists and developers to fine-tune AI-driven workflows. This role requires a commitment to innovation and an understanding of linguistics, programming, and machine learning concepts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in crafting prompts focused on achieving clarity, accuracy, and desired outputs.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and an understanding of AI language models.
- Strong skills in Python programming and other relevant scripting languages.
- Ability to analyze and improve machine learning models with a focus on performance and utility.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like GPT models or similar is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a related role or industry would be advantageous.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
