Property Acquisition & Sales Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, negotiate, and acquire quality secondary market properties across Dubai while actively generating sales through rentals and property transactions.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting property owners, building relationships, sourcing exclusive opportunities, and turning those opportunities into completed deals.

This is a hands on role for someone who understands the Dubai secondary market, has an existing network, and can consistently bring new inventory into the company while contributing directly to revenue.

• Source and acquire secondary market properties across Dubai.

• Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and real estate brokers.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with property owners to secure exclusive listings.

• Identify new acquisition opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and direct prospecting.

• Convert acquired properties into successful rental or sales transactions.

• Manage your own pipeline from property acquisition through to closing.

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure newly acquired properties are launched effectively.

• Keep all listings, client interactions, and follow ups updated in the CRM.

• Prepare accurate reports on acquisition activities, negotiations, and completed transactions.

• Represent Rino Invest Group professionally while expanding the company's presence within the Dubai real estate market.

• Experience in Dubai real estate, particularly within the secondary market.

• Proven experience sourcing property owners and acquiring listings.

• Demonstrated ability to close rental or sales transactions.

• Strong network within the Dubai real estate industry.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.

• Self motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Good understanding of CRM systems and reporting.

• Professional English communication is required.
