Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Cairo for a Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will be responsible for identifying clients needs and preferences, providing expert advice on property options, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. Responsibilities also include maintaining a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients
• Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals successfully
• Knowledge of the real estate market in New Cairo, with a focus on property trends and market analysis
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing listings, contracts, and client requirements
• Proficiency in market research and the ability to provide expert property advice
• Prior experience in real estate or property consultancy is an asset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
