Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will oversee day-to-day activities such as consulting with clients to identify their real estate needs, guiding them through the property purchasing or leasing process, conducting market research, and maintaining lasting client relationships. Due diligence, assisting in decision-making, and representing clients in property negotiations will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and trends, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
• Proven skills in client consultation, customer relationship management, and effective communication
• Competence in negotiation, critical decision-making, and problem-solving
• Experience in sales and property management, with a results-driven and target-oriented mindset
• A proactive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic; additional languages are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
