Job Purpose
The Property Advisor is responsible for selling developer-owned residential and commercial properties, managing the full customer journey from lead generation to deal closure, and delivering a high-quality client experience aligned with the developer's brand, pricing strategy, and sales policies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Promote and sell developer-owned properties (off-plan, ready units, villas, apartments, townhouses, retail).
• Manage qualified leads generated through developer marketing campaigns, walk-ins, exhibitions, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and show unit tours.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Upsell and cross-sell units based on customer needs and inventory availability.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users and investors.
• Provide professional advice on unit selection, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and objections effectively.
• Ensure smooth handover from booking to post-sale support where applicable.
Transaction & Documentation
• Prepare and process booking forms, reservation agreements, and SPA documentation in coordination with legal and sales administration teams.
• Ensure compliance with developer policies, pricing approvals, and discount authorities.
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, and registration authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems.
Market & Product Knowledge
• Stay up to date with project details, unit availability, pricing updates, and promotions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to management on customer insights and market demand.
Events & Marketing Support
• Participate in property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and open days.
• Support marketing campaigns by following up on leads and campaign performance.
• Represent the developer professionally at all sales and promotional activities.

• CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (developer-side experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of off-plan sales, payment plans, and property registration processes.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, payment plans, project details, and timelines.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and customer-focused sales experience.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and coordinate booking forms, reservation agreements, and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with developer policies, pricing approvals, and legal requirements.
• Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales administration, finance, and legal teams.
Market Knowledge & Support
• Stay updated on project inventory, promotions, and market trends.
• Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and sales events.
