Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor located in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing real estate consultations, assisting clients in evaluating property investments, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying client requirements, conducting property tours, facilitating property sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes researching property market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge or experience in Property Management and Investments
- Understanding of Finance principles as they relate to property transactions
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply
