Property Advisor (Fresh Graduates - Entry Level)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with property inquiries, providing expert advice on investments, managing property-related tasks, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role also involves understanding and presenting financial details to potential investors, and creating personalized property solutions to meet their needs.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build rapport and address client needs effectively
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Property Management and real estate processes
• Understanding of Investments and Finance to provide valuable financial insights and property-related guidance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to meeting targets
• Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools is advantageous
