The Role
As a Property Advisor at H&S, you will be the bridge between high-net-worth investors and Dubai's most exclusive real estate opportunities. You won't just be a salesperson; you will be a strategic consultant, analyzing market data, ROI, and developer credibility to guide clients toward the best investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory: Consult with local and international clients to understand their investment goals (ROI, capital appreciation, or end-use) and provide tailored property solutions.
- Off-Plan Specialist: Stay ahead of the curve on new project launches from top developers like Emaar, Meraas, Damac, and Nakheel.
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on company generated premium leads and build your own network through referrals and social selling.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ground level research on pricing trends, community demand, and rental yields to provide data driven advice.
- Transaction Management: Lead the entire sales process from property viewings and negotiations to DLD/RERA compliance and final handover.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long term relationships with clients, offering post sale support such as leasing or resale guidance.
Requirements:
- Sales Instinct: Proven experience in a sales driven role (any industry). You know how to handle No, how to negotiate, and how to close.
- The Hustle Factor: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions. You are comfortable with a commission-based structure because you trust your ability to earn.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn the Dubai Real Estate market inside and out. We provide the brand; you provide the energy.
- Communication: Fluent English is a must. If you speak a second language (Russian, Chinese, Arabic, French, etc.), you have a massive advantage.
- Mindset: A Play Fair, Play Hard, Play to Win attitude. You must be self motivated, resilient, and target driven.
