Property Advisor — Dubai (Sales, Leasing & Property Management)

About Heritage

Heritage Properties is a boutique real estate advisory firm in Dubai, built on one belief: real estate is a relationship business before it is a sales business. We choose quality over quantity, advise clients honestly, and stay in touch long after the transaction. Founded in 2023, we were recently recognised among Emaar's top 20 agents for the first half of 2026. We are growing carefully, and we are looking for a Property Advisor to grow with us.

The role

You will advise buyers, investors, landlords and tenants across the Dubai market, not one community or one developer:

Learn the whole market, off-plan, secondary and rentals, and know which developers, areas and projects deserve a client's money
Build relationships with area specialists for secondary-market opportunities, and with developers who deliver real value rather than the highest commission
Handle enquiries, viewings, negotiations and transactions from first meeting to handover, and keep in touch afterwards
Manage a portfolio of rental properties for landlords, including tenant coordination and maintenance
Work directly with the founder to learn how Heritage advises clients and grow into a trusted advisor with your own long-term client base

Early on, leasing and property management will be a significant part of your week. This is how we build relationships, market knowledge and trust, and it is the foundation of how we work.

Who you are

2+ years of Dubai residential real estate experience, with a valid RERA broker card (BRN)
A UAE driving license
Polished, articulate and confident with clients at every level; a degree is preferred
Curious about the whole market rather than a single niche
Someone who plays the long game: you would rather lose a deal than mislead a client
Willing to go above and beyond, from a same-day viewing to a maintenance call
Fluent in English; any additional language is a big plus

This is a commission-based role. The first months are a build-up period, so please be financially prepared for a ramp-up before your income stabilizes.
