Property Advisor | Off-Plan & Secondary Sales

Kingdom by MAG is expanding its Off-Plan & Secondary Sales team and is looking for ambitious, experienced Property Advisors to join our growing team.

As part of MAG Group Holding, Kingdom by MAG operates across Dubai's real estate market, offering clients opportunities across premium off-plan and ready properties, backed by professional real estate advisory and market expertise.

What youll be doing

• Advise local and international clients on off-plan and secondary-market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, landlords and property owners
• Generate and develop your own client pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting and existing relationships
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable properties based on investment and lifestyle requirements
• Present projects, payment plans, expected returns and market opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, meetings and presentations
• Negotiate effectively and manage the sales process through to closing
• Stay up to date with Dubai communities, new launches, developers, pricing and market trends
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets

What were looking for

• 2+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities
• Proven ability to generate leads and build your own client network
• A track record of achieving sales targets and closing transactions
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Professional, ambitious and results-driven approach
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Additional languages are a strong advantage, particularly Russian, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian or Urdu
