Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Property Advisor located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Property Advisor will oversee property management and provide tailored investment advice, identifying opportunities that align with client objectives. The role includes ensuring high levels of customer service, guiding clients throughout the property buying or renting process, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the finance and real estate market. The Property Advisor will also work closely with clients to resolve inquiries and develop long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-first approach
• Experience in property management and knowledge of the real estate market
• Understanding of investments and financial aspects of real estate transactions
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity
• Proficiency in relevant market research and property valuation
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with additional languages considered an advantage
• Previous real estate experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
