Property Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Property Advisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with expert property advice, selling and leasing properties, and guiding clients through the property investment process. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants, conducting market analysis, and coordinating tasks with other teams such as marketing and business development. A key aspect of this role is ensuring an exceptional customer experience and helping clients achieve their property goals.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build positive relationships with clients and negotiate effectively
• Proficiency in Property Management and Investments, with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market trends
• Knowledge of Finance and experience in handling property-related transactions and investment advisory
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and meet sales or leasing targets
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate industry and familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
