Role Description The Property Advisor role at Y THE BROKERS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will guide clients through buying and selling processes, including property viewings, market analysis, and investment recommendations. Daily tasks include maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, responding to client inquiries, and preparing proposals and comparative market reports. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, managing documentation, and supporting clients from initial contact through closing. The Property Advisor will also build and maintain long-term client relationships and stay informed about local market trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
  • Knowledge of Property Management practices and understanding of real estate operations and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Investments, including basic real estate investment concepts and portfolio considerations.
  • Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Basic understanding of Finance related to property transactions, pricing, and payment structures.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property advisory is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to meet clients and attend property visits.
  • Proficiency in relevant office and CRM software, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
