Role Description The Property Advisor role at Y THE BROKERS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on property sales, purchases, and investments, conducting property viewings, and providing market insights to support decision-making. The role involves managing client portfolios, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate property and transaction records. Property Advisors will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience, from initial consultation through closing. The position requires active engagement with clients, regular site visits, and consistent alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and handle negotiations effectively.
• Knowledge of Property Management and real estate operations to oversee listings, viewings, and documentation.
• Understanding of Investments and Finance to guide clients on property valuations, returns, and portfolio strategies.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a client-facing role, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in real estate, brokerage, or related fields in Cairo or similar markets is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, office software, and digital platforms to manage leads and property data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with a professional and inclusive approach to working with diverse clients.
