Role Description The Property & Asset Manager (UAE National) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease enforcement, and coordination of maintenance and facility services. The manager will monitor asset performance, optimize occupancy, support rent collection, and track operating expenses to meet financial targets. Responsibilities include administering lease agreements, maintaining accurate property records, preparing periodic reports on asset performance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
