Top of the Top Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Broker to join our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales and investment options.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Negotiate property transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and present property listings, sales offers, and market reports.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or related sales role.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
